Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! We offer same-day delivery within Nairobi (up to a 30km radius from Nairobi CBD) for all orders placed and fully paid for by 1 PM on weekdays and Saturdays.
Are you open on Sundays?
No, we are closed for deliveries on Sundays. Our delivery services are available from Monday to Saturday Any orders placed on a Sunday will be processed and delivered on the following Monday.
Can I pay on delivery?
To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we require full payment upfront through our secure online checkout before dispatching any orders. We do not offer a pay-on-delivery option.
Is my payment and personal information safe with you?
Absolutely. Your privacy and security are our top priorities. We use industry-standard security measures to ensure your payment and personal details remain completely private and secure throughout the entire checkout process.
Will my hamper look exactly like the website photo?
We strive to make each hamper look exactly as pictured. However, due to factors like seasonal availability or lighting, there might be slight variations in the hue or coloring of certain items. The quality and value will always remain the same.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Yes, of course! You will find a dedicated field at checkout to type your message. To add that special personal touch, we will then beautifully hand-write your message on a complimentary card and include it with the hamper.
Do you have a physical shop I can visit or pick up from?
We are currently an online-only store. This allows us to focus on providing great value and a seamless delivery experience. We have exciting plans to open a physical location as we grow!
